Lew Anderton, a leader in the Texas real estate market for more than 40 years, is the founding partner and visionary behind development at The Cascades. Lew has broad-based experience in all segments of the real estate industry, including real estate management, lending, investment, development, construction, brokerage and casualty insurance. Over the past 20 years, Lew has closed over $250 million in real estate transactions, either as principal or broker. In 2004, Lew and longtime friend and business partner William R. Cawley co-founded Cawley Golf Inc. to purchase and redevelop golf properties nationwide.
William R. Cawley, owner and partner of The Cascades, has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Bill is the CEO of Cawley International, a full-service real estate consulting firm providing design, construction, financial services, labor and demographic studies, transaction management and other services. He has been recognized in Commercial Property News as one of the country’s “Hottest Brokers” and in the Dallas Business Journal as a “Heavy Hitter.” Together with his business partner Lew Anderton, Bill founded Cawley Golf Inc. in 2004 to purchase and redevelop golf properties nationwide. www.cawley.com
Steve Braley, who joined The Cascades in fall 2004 as President of Cascades Properties, has long been associated with some of the finest golfing properties in the world, including Oak Tree, Mission Hills, Kiawah Island and Belle Terra. For 18 years, Steve served as Vice President of Landmark Land Company, developers of golf course communities worldwide, where he was responsible for building and managing some of the country’s top golf courses. Steve is also the former Senior Director of PGA Golf Properties, the former President of the Palm Beach Polo and Country Club, and the former top executive for the Golden Bear, Jack Nicklaus’ golf development company.
Kenny Huff, Head Golf Professional, joined The Cascades from the Byron Nelson Golf School at The Players’ Championship Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas, where he was the Director of Instruction. He has nearly 25 years of experience as a teaching professional and three years of experience as a touring professional. Kenny will also head the Jack Nicklaus Academy of Golf.
Nina N. Richardson, formerly of the PGA of America Hospitality Department, has joined The Cascades to serve as Club Manager. Nina brings more than 10 years of experience, having managed PGA programs and events across the country.
