DOCKSIDE AT THE LAKE CLUB
Opening Summer of 2010
We wanted to let you know that the Pool and Lake Club will be open to our members for the first time on Memorial Day, Monday May 31, 2010. The Pool will be open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and the Lake Club from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM. Here are some important things to know before you come out to enjoy the new facilities:

There will be full food and beverage service at the Lake Club and Bar

There will be a Lifeguard on Duty during posted Pool hours.

Guest fees of $5 per person, $3 per child 10 and under, per day will apply

Be sure and bring your favorite pool towel, we will not have extras on hand.
Until the Construction of the new adjacent parking is completed, parking near the pool and Lake Club is not possible. Therefore, complimentary valet parking will be available to those who do not wish to walk from the main club house parking lot.
Pool Rules and Regulations
REGISTRATION
All Members, family members and guests must sign-in with the attendant at the pool upon entering the pool area. The Members shall register their guests and shall be responsible for the payment of all appropriate charges. Failure to register or to pay guest fees may result in loss of pool privileges for the Member. Guest fees of $5 per person, $3 per child 10 and under, per day apply.
GUEST POOL PRIVILEGES

Guests of the Members are entitled to use the pool facilities upon registration with the pool attendant and payment of a guest fee. The host Members will be billed for all charges incurred by their guests, including, without limitation, daily fees and food and beverage.

Guest privileges may be limited at the sole discretion of the Club.

All guests must be accompanied by a Member.
POOL RULES

Persons under the age of ten (10) and all minors who are unable to swim are not permitted in the swimming pool area unless accompanied by a parent, designated child care person or other person fourteen (15) years of age or older who agrees to assume responsibility for the child’s safety and behavior, unless otherwise approved by the Club

Fins, kick boards, weights and inflatable devices are not permitted in the pool.

Glass bottles, drinking glasses, and sharp objects are not permitted in the pool area. Personal coolers are not allowed on Club property at any time. Food and beverage service is available at the Lake Club.

Running, wrestling, pushing, dunking, ball playing and noisy or other hazardous activity will not be permitted in the pool areas.

Not withstanding the presence of pool attendants and lifeguards, all Persons using the pool or pool area shall be responsible for their own safety and shall be deemed to have assumed the risk of using the pool or pool area, and agree, by their presence in the pool area, that the Owner, the Club and their owners, officers, employees, representatives and agents shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or death arising out of the use of the pool or pool area.

Swimming in the lake is strictly prohibited at all times.
