The Cascades offers a variety of membership packages to meet you and your family’s every need.  Call or come by to take a tour and find out more about our membership packages.

Memberships include:

Full Membership

Includes spouse and children up to age 22 or those
enrolled and attending college full time.

Full, Young Professional Membership

Membership for those under the age of 30. To
retain continuity of membership, the Young
Professional member must upgrade to a "Resident"
status (Full or Social) within 30 days of one's 30th
birthday. All previous initiation fees paid are
applicable to the new initiation fee.

 

Full, Non-Resident Membership

This option is defined as a member whose primary
residence and place of business are beyond a 40-
mile radius of the club.

Corporate Membership 

This option allows for multiple memberships within a
corporation or business firm. Memberships may either
be owned and maintained by the business or participating
individuals. The joining fee provides three memberships
in any of the membership options with applicable monthly
dues. Additional designees may be added once a year at
any time and requires an additional 50% of the current
initiation fee.

 

Social Membership

 This membership provides access the member and his / her family to all club facilities including tennis courts and Rose Spa.
Golf privileges are EXCLUDED.

 

Non-Resident Social

This membership applies to one whose primary residence
and place of business are beyond a 40-mile radius of the
club.

The Social Non-Resident member and his / her family enjoy
access to ALL club facilities including tennis courts and
Rose Spa but EXCLUDES golf facilities.
